Application modules - VisualCHART
VisualCHART is used by doctors, nurses and paramedical personnel to
document all patient care activities. At sites where old records are
maintained as scanned documents, VisualCHART may be used to access
these as well. Data-recording by physicians and nurses is seamlessly integrated. Nurses
know that the information they record is not lost in a paper chart, but immediately feeds
back on the physician’s medical prescription. All documentation of
patient care, including clinical signs data as well as the
medication administration record may be accessed through the
VisualCHART screen.
A unique user interface allows the charting format to be configured
to the needs of individual nursing units as well as to the various
medical and surgical specialties.
