Implementations
Segal Cancer Center, a McGill University affiliate, Montreal, Quebec, in implementation, go-live
April, 2008. The Segal Cancer Center is a state-of-the-art facility which provides patients with the most comprehensive approach to care, combining
cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment, psychosocial support, nutritional support, and clinical and fundamental research in cancer. The
multi-disciplinary team of physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, dietitians, psychologists, social workers, pharmacists, support staff and volunteers
play a central role in guiding and supporting patients and their families at each step. The Cancer Center will take advantage of VisualONCOLOGY's fully
electronic clinical documentation to free additional space for patient care, while VisualONCOLOGY's cohort-identification and protocol management

Oncology Day Center, St. Mary's Hospital Center, Montreal, Quebec, in implementation, go-live Q3 2008. The newly-renovated day center will use VisualONCOLOGY to document clinical care as well as for e-prescription in the area of cancer chemotherapy decision support. The McGill University-affiliated site will also implement VisualONCOLOGY patient auto-registration to streamline workflow and diminish wait times. Contacts on request.

Ville Marie Medical and Women's Health Center, Montreal, Quebec, in
implementation, go-live Q3 2008.
The site will use VisualONCOLOGY for documentation of
clinical care and tracking of patient examinations in its multidisciplinary
Breast Center, a member of the National Consortium of Breast Centers. The
integrated system will replace several first-generation stand-alone clinical
applications

Plexo Preventive Medicine Network, Montreal, Quebec,
in implementation, go-live Q1 2008. Newly
established in the Greater Montreal area, Plexo, developed by Telesystem,
Inc., will incorporate more than 150 health care providers and additional
support personnel in a mini-regional implementation of an ambulatory
electronic medical record and decision support system. The system will be
used to support 100% paper-free patient care documentation and decision
support in the areas of Executive Health, Preventive Medicine, workman's
compensation, general and specialty practice, as well as in ambulatory
practice surgery. The VisualMED EMR will be integrated with a
patient-accessible medical record, or "portal" that will allow patients to
access their own medical history, and to maintain portions of their own

Kansas Surgery And Recovery
Center of Wichita, Kansas, enterprise-wide, December, 2005. A state-of-the-art specialty surgical
center focusing on orthopedic procedures, VisualMED is used in pre-operative,
post-operative, inpatient units as well as in the operating room, for
documentation of all aspects of patient care, and for order entry
activities. The VisualMED electronic patient record is interfaced to
existing hospital ancillary systems, including Omnicell Medication

Southwest Regional Rehabilitation
Center of Battle Creek, Michigan, enterprise-wide, live October 2005. The Southwest
Regional Rehabilitation
Center is an
independent, privately held, not-for-profit Acute Medical Rehabilitation
facility accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare
Organizations (JCAHO) and the Council of Professional Services
Accreditation of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. The
Center’s interdisciplinary team is comprised of professionals in the
areas of rehabilitation nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy,
recreational therapy, aquatic therapy, audiology, speech/language
pathology, medical social work and sports medicine. The center provides
specialized comprehensive rehabilitation therapy services for all age
groups. Procedure billing automatically captured from VisualMED EMR
documentation is transmitted across an HL7 interface to CPSI; drug
management is coordinated through an interface to Pyxis MedStations. Contacts on request.

Hospital
of El Paso,

VisualMED Clinical System CPOE is used for physician order
entry. Physician and nursing history, physical, progress notes and care
plans are maintained in the VisualMED electronic medical record, which is
also used to enter, store, and access all clinical data, laboratory, image
test, and pathology reports. Access from care units, Emergency Department,
operating rooms, recovery, cardiac cath, endoscopy, pre-operative unit, and
administrative offices. Interfaced with Meditech ADT, laboratories, RIS,
pharmacy (bidirectional HL7), Medquist dictation
system , pathology; Interface to PACS in progress. There are currently more than 340 registered users
using 105 workstations, including wireless. Staff physicians may access the
VisualMED electronic medical record from home and off-site offices.
